Anyone have these symptoms? Pegnancy symptoms?

I just had a doctors apt before ovulation. A full body check up and everything was perfect. I had unprotected sex day after I had light bleeding and then it went medium for two days then light the day after. I had unprotected sex again around my ovulation then I got weird spotting two days later when i wiped and nothing yet. At 6dpo my boobs started to hurt but not too bad and I've slowly become more tired. Urinating frequently, and eating alot. The symptoms that made me wonder was last night (13dpo) I woke up sweating alot and dizzy so I Went to the washroom and next thing you know I puked and I just woke up and I'm still feeling uneasy and my boobs hurt way worse. It can't be any other medical situation cuz I got tested and all was good..does this sound like pregnancy?
