She could be just a very stubborn dog, I have a dog and she used to go outside with the others now she won't get up off her lazy butt and go, she won't listen... anyway... Do you give her enough attention? Maybe she needs to be disciplined (not the cruelty kind though)? Basically since she is a year old she is still kind of a puppy she fully becomes an adult when she is 2... that can be her problem as well... and I hear Labradors are very playful dogs well I think they are... Sorry if this didn't help any...
