Brown stuff comming out of my vagina!?

i'm 14, not sexually active yet and i have not had my period.... but there is brown stuff (looks Like molasses ) that is slowly coming out. There is also a little bit of blood.... HELP! what do i do.... i really don't want my mom to find out!
