Who designed Rusty Cooley's graphics?

It wasn't Giger. It certainly has a Giger-esque look to it, but it wasn't him. If it was, his name would be all over the Dean website. Instead it just says "custom 'Xenocide' graphic". I would assume that the graphic was designed by one of Dean's in-house artists.
