Last Sunday I accidentally walked upon a staple wire that was lying on the ground.?

It looked clean but I'm scared that I might get tetanus. I had my last tetanus shot 3 years ago when I punctured my foot when I walked on a rusty nail. Am I still safe and immune from having tetanus? HELP!
