What should i do to try to make someone fall back in love with me?

im 18 years old and me and this girl were dating for about 2 years and living together for about 8 months. things were pretty good at the beginning of the relationship and slowly went down hill. i have tried to break up with her before but i could never go all the way through cause i have always had feeling for her. after living together and me taking her everywhere because she didn't have a car to do so her self, taking care of her each time she had the awful migraines got a little annoying after a while. anyways for the past week we have moves apart from each other about 80 miles away. she now has a car now and she has been having fun living with her best friend and going out and having fun. she says she doesn't think she is in love with me anymore and i am really missing her right now, more than what i thought i would because i was always the one to want to end things because everything we did annoyed each other. she has given me another chance to see if she still feels the same way about me. we are going to hang out and spend the night with each other. im just wondering how i should go about this. plz any help would be good besides the whole get over her and move on.
