I stepped on a nail and it was a little rusty.?

I don't know if I had my tetanus shock in the last 10 years. And I don't have insurance. Do they have places that give free tetanus shocks? I washed the wound/ soaked it in soapy water and use rubbing alcohol afterwards. Do anyone have any other ideas of how I can treat it other than going to the doctors? I know I should go but I probably not today.
