Ladies, she just agreed to be my girlfriend, so what next?

I met this wonderful girl online and we've seen each other on six dates over the last six weeks. Last weekend I asked her to be my girlfriend and she accepted. I have wanted to take things slowly as I know she's extremely shy and a little self-conscious and I want her to feel at ease in my presence. Would you be able to provide any advice on how to handle things from here onwards as we are spending another whole day together this weekend? I would really like her to open-up more and be a bit more talkative as she is very quiet, but there is definitely an immense amount of attraction on my part and I am guessing on her part too if she wants to spend time with me every weekend. I would really like to show her some more physical affection (in private), but do not want to spook her, just show her how much I like her. Any tips?
