What are my chances of tetanus from this incident?

I tried trimming my nose hair with some scissors that turned out to be very rusty, they were only in the nose for about ten seconds and only made contact with the low side, and i washed it with hot water immediately afterwards. Please help me out I am freaking out what should I do, is this safe, am in trouble? There was no cut or blood, and I know nose is made of cartilage but am still worried nonetheless.
