A/C issues with 96 Ranger?

My 96 Ranger for a while was only blowing hot air whether it was set on A/C or heat. Now out of nowhere, I don't get any air at all!!! If my windows are fogging and I set it to defrost, once I get up to a good speen I can see the fog slowly go away. It is 90 degrees and I am boiling in this truck. What could the issue be?
