I got cut kinda bad by a barbed wire fence what should I do?

I got cut pretty bad by a barbed wire fence in three places two of them were just straight puncture wounds and the third went deep and sliced.. the fence wasn't rusty (still silver and shiny) but should i still get it checked for tetanus?
