I stepped on a rusty nail. What should I do?

Today about 2 hours ago, 8:30pm Eastern time I stepped on a rusty nail fishing. It did not go deep but deep a enough to make it bleed. It only was only bleeding for about 5 minutes maybe less and was barely bleeding. I am trying to find if I had a Tetanus shot in school or not. I can't go to ER because it is to late. Should I be worried and what should I look for on my foot to know if I should go to the hospital
