NEED DOCTORS HELP, or person who has had this before.?

Alright I have a bunch of blisters, scabs, it's ichy and it's on my pinky finger on my right hand. It pusses and I've had it for about 6-8 months and it spreads, but very slowly. It stared out at at the cuticle of my finger and moved about an inch up my finger. Also to mention that it's very swollen. My mom refuses to take me to a doctor and I try to treat it best to my ability but I need to know what this is and what I should do to at-home treat it.
