My child is having behavior problems. Does any have any ideas on how to start getting it under control?

My son started having behavior problem about 3 months before school was out. So I did that charts, rewards, spanked, time out, I think I've tried just about everything. He's only 4 years old!! I WILL NOT PUT HIM ON MEDICATION!! And for those that will say he will grow out of it. He will never grow out of it. He'll learn how to dill with his anger
