I accidentally pricked my self with a tiny rusty nail?

The stick was a small prick...the blood that came out was like a diabetic testor needle size like that it I immediately cleaned it with alcohol and I held it there for a while and cleaned and cleaned wat are the chance of getting lock jaw must I take a tetanus shot? It doesn't hurt or anything?
